A:this ELM327 works most gasoline car brand model,but we can not sure if your car supported,we have no test each car .You can consult us firstly, you can send your car brand, model and production year to us. We will check if your car can be supported. For example: Volkswagen, Golf, 2015

A:Yes,please delete all old informations ,so make sure you can connect your new ELM327.

A: Sorry, this product is a normal elm327. It only can diagnose car engine part. If you need diagnose other systems, we recommend you more professional obd2 tools like our NEXPEAK K1 Plus.

Q: Why the product i bought couldn't work?
A: Please check whether your Bluetooth has been successfully connected to your device first. Check again to see if the car's engine is running when you are using it. Finally check to see if your car's production year falls within this range. Generally, our products can support cars produced after 1996 in the United States; Europe 2001 ; Asia 06-07 (but this is only a range, you can contact our customer service to confirm)

A1: Our newest ELM327 is 100% V1.5, which is support full protocols version(10 protocols), especially J1850 & J1939 Protocols for Japanese Cars and American Cars, other elm327 only 7 or 9 protocols.

After you receive our ELM327, you can run it on any apps, if it's not V1.5 Hardware version, 100% full refund.

Q2: Does this adapter support the diesel cars or trucks ? Is this working with IOS?

A2: KONNWEI KW912 does support the diesel vehicles, but not suitable for trucks, and this ELM327 is bluetooth version for android system cellphones. If you need the IOS version, please refer to KW903 WIFI.

Q3: How do i know if my car is working with the ELM327 or not ?
A3: This ELM327 bluetooth adapter is working for all OBD-II Compliant vehicles. So the only problem you need to deal with is, check your car user manual if your car are OBDII certified. You may also leave us message to help you identify.

NOTE: Even though it compatible with most cars, but different regions support the vehicle OBD2 protocol at different times, or some car is spercial design, so it may not compatible with some cars which do not support OBD2 protocol. If you're not sure, ask us anytime!
